Quotes and pricing
Fixed-price quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Payment
A 40% deposit starts the work, followed by milestone invoices due within 14 days. We may pause work on overdue invoices, and statutory late-payment interest applies.
Ownership
You own the code and designs once final payment is made.
After launch
Fixes for defects in the delivered work are free for 30 days after launch.
Monthly plans
Minimum 3 months, then 30 days’ notice to cancel. Included days do not roll over unless agreed.
Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
