What we collect
Details you send through our contact form (name, email, company and your message). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also collects information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are and the type of device you use.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, with your agreement, to discuss a project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests or, where required, consent. Analytics data is used only to see which pages are useful, and only with your consent.
How long we keep it
24 months after our last contact, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@doodlestech.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep the contact form secure. If you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*), which last up to 13 months. Google processes this data for us and may transfer it outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
